Our chief advisor, Michael Trzeciakiewicz, handles many requests directly. In addition, note that we don't use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to handle responses. You'll always get through to a human! If you'd prefer a response from a specific member of the team, we will do everything in our power to ensure you get the service you deserve.

Are you a professional?:
No, not in the traditional sense, unlike "the professionals" we don't get paid to put out comforting lies. Our purpose here is to give you the truth to the best of our knowledge, and actually try to solve problems.
Are there any guarantees?:
No, none at all. Whilst we wish we could provide guarantees, there are too many variables. Firstly, if we provide advice and you don't heed it, obviously it won't help. Secondly, we're not perfect, and make no claims to be. It is entirely possible that our advice can fall short for a given situation. We can only go by what we're informed of and it's quite common that even the smallest missed detail in your query can completely throw off our interpretation of a situation, and the resulting response. Our advice is an interface, it is up to you how you implement it.
What kind of queries can you handle?:
It's not what we can handle, it's what we cannot. We've rarely found a situation we couldn't improve, but should your situation leave us at a loss, we will let you know and offer a refund and our condolences.
How much experience do you have?:
Years within many fields. Beyond our own experience, we have the access and ability to tap the shoulder of many affiliates active in various fields all over. We can catch trends before they go mainstream, and keep our fingers on the pulse of the economy.
How quick is the response time?:
Target respond time is 1-3 days. (ex. First Time Payment Clearing)
How thorough will you be in your response?:
As thorough as need be. A good amount of issues can be condensed down into concise trivial solutions, but not all. Where precision is needed, you shall receive it. In addition, you'll likely get some additional commentary.
Refund Policy?:
This is a caveat emptor endeavor. Now we'll admit, "let the buyer beware" doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but time is something neither of us can get back. If we feel as though we have truly failed in some way, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
