Spades Consulting LLC collects data directly as you engage with our service, and through our Payment Processor. We strive to retain as little of your information as necessary in order to streamline the process of serving you to the best of our abilities, and make the payment process as smooth as possible.
As client needs vary, we collect only the data relevant to each clients' situational needs. In addition, we collect the standard information necessary for identity verification & billing. Although excessive, we collect this information in order to mitigate fraud and abuse.

Due to the nature of the bulk of the information being for payment processing and fulfillment, the vast majority of your information is stored by our payment processor Stripe, Inc.

As for the information we retain directly, it is fairly minimal and anonymized. Such information is held on secure servers by third parties such as Google, Amazon, etc.
Financial information captured for payment processing, identity verification, and all other information captured by Stripe Inc., falls under the purview of The Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information gathered and stored by Spades Consulting LLC will be retained as long as it remains useful for future consultations, and improving client experience(s). As information ages, eg. "loses its freshness", it becomes less relevant, and less applicable; Stale Information, is regularly destroyed at our discretion.
Spades Consulting LLC would be more than happy to oblige a request to not collect or store information, as well as destroy previously collected information. Simply add the line "COMMAND: NOCOLLECT" anywhere in the body when submitting your consultation request. Or send an email to the support link below and insert "COMMAND: INFODEST" anywhere in the body of the email, if you, as a previous client, would like your stored information destroyed.

Spades Consulting LLC reserves the right to collect any and all information it deems relevant as it becomes privy to it, and use it as it deems reasonable to streamline client experience and provide premier services.
Spades Consulting LLC reserves the right to share anonymized information amongst any related affiliates, entities, officers, agents, members, or employees as it deems reasonable, in order to improve client experience and service results.
Spades Consulting LLC reserves the right to use information collected for identity verification, payment processing, other information captured by our payment processor, as it deems fit, to improve client experience.
Exception A: Where the client(s) requested information not be collected or existing information destroyed, only the information required for payment processing, identity verification, information required for tax purposes, and other information captured by our payment processor, will be retained.
Addendum 1: Spades Consulting LLC refuses all liability for data breaches resulting from the failure of third party data service and/or storage providers.
Your use of the services Spades Consulting LLC provides, constitutes a legally binding agreement which limits your rights to recourse, in concert with the Indemnification Agreement & Liability Waiver corresponding to your service need, you agree to the terms of the Spades Consulting LLC Privacy Policy & Agree to the Privacy Policy of our Payment Processor ("Stripe, Inc.")
